GTMshift Security and Privacy Policy
This document describes the privacy policy that is implemented for the data collected via. https://gtmshift.com. GTMshift Inc. a company incorporated in the United States of America and registered address at P.O. Box 2412 Northbrook, IL 60065.
It is essential for GTMshift that any information related to its visitors, subscribers, or client’s business, be treated as proprietary and kept strictly confidential by any party to whom such information is disclosed or made known.
About the data collected via. https://gtmshift.com, it will be solely used internally. By sharing your data with us, you agree to being contacted via. Email. GTMshift may use your information in accordance with Data Protection and Privacy practices adopted globally.
GTMshift will not share your data with any third party that can lead to spamming. However, if we or any partner agency contacts you, it will be to check your interest in leveraging GTMshift’s consulting, content, and services.
In contemplation of the employment with GTMshift, discloses certain confidential trade, business, and scientific information to the employees only after signing an abiding Non-Disclosure Agreement.
GTMshift requires that all employees enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement with us prior to commencement of employment.
The employees acknowledge that such confidential information is valuable and agrees that the same shall be kept confidential and non-circumvented by them.
- Use of Confidential Information: GTMshift declares that all Confidential Information shared by visitors, subscribers, and customers will be saved on authenticated and secure systems and used for the purpose of rendering the required services. GTMshift will not disclose such information to any third party anywhere in the world or use such information for any purpose other than that for which such information has been waived to be non-confidential by the owner.
- Third-Party Information: GTMshift recognizes that it will receive confidential or proprietary information from its customers, subscribers, and visitors. GTMshift accepts that it is subject to a duty on its part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes, as requested by the sharing party. During the term of their contract/agreement and thereafter, GTMshift will not disclose such confidential or proprietary information to anyone except as necessary in carrying out their work. GTMshift will not use such information for the benefit of anyone other than GTMshift or the customer who owns or exports the information.
- GDPR Clauses 4(d) and 5(c): GTMshift works as per the security and privacy policies set as per client’s preferences, which includes complying with GDPR if needed. To align with GDPR Clauses 4(d) and 5(c):
- All employees sign an abiding NDA
- All employees sign and adhere to security and privacy policies and accept use of company assets for official and instructed work only
- Audits are conducted to ensure compliant software is used on all official assets
These audits and processes ensure that we can manage and control specific privacy requirements pertinent to national and international data privacy laws for our systems that work with personal data.
- Non-Disclosure: At all times, during and after GTMshift’s engagement with its clients, visitors, and subscribers, GTMshift will not disclose to anyone outside GTMshift nor use for any purpose other than work within this employment:
- Any confidential or proprietary technical, financial, marketing, manufacturing, distribution, or other material
- Technical or business information or trade secrets of GTMshift, including but not limited to concepts, techniques, processes, methods, systems, designs, circuits, cost data, computer programs, formulae, development or experimental work, work-in-progress, customers and suppliers,
- Any information received from others which GTMshift is obligated to treat as confidential or proprietary or
- Any confidential or proprietary information which is circulated within GTMshift via its internal electronic mail system, intranet, or otherwise
